Common Toads are an important reflection of environmental change, their populations are readily determined by weather conditions, water and soil pollution. Throughout the seasons all stages of frog spawn, tadpoles, froglets and adults are available for educational use as well as conservation based displays. One of the UK’s most common amphibians, toads are entirely carnivorous predating mainly on slugs and other insects making them a welcome addition to most gardens.
